I’m vegetarian because I believe in making choices that align with my values of compassion and sustainability. Ethically, I can’t ignore the immense suffering that animals endure in factory farms, where they're raised in inhumane conditions for food. Choosing a plant-based diet helps me avoid contributing to that cruelty. Environmentally, the meat industry is a major contributor to deforestation, greenhouse gas emissions, and water pollution. By being vegetarian, I reduce my carbon footprint and conserve natural resources. It’s a way to live more in harmony with the planet, protect animals, and make a positive impact on the world.

places i've been
In that great journey of the stars through space
About the mighty, all-directing Sun,
The pallid, faithful Moon, has been the one
Companion of the Earth. Her tender face,
Pale with the swift, keen purpose of that race,
Which at Time’s natal hour was first begun,
Shines ever on her lover as they run
And lights his orbit with her silvery smile.
Sometimes such passionate love doth in her rise,
Down from her beaten path she softly slips,
And with her mantle veils the Sun’s bold eyes,
Then in the gloaming finds her lover’s lips.
While far and near the men our world call wise
See only that the Sun is in eclipse.
those are the experiences i've learned the most from. it might not seem like a big deal to you,
but sometimes the smallest things have the biggest impact.

In life, pain is inevitable, but we have the power to choose which kind we experience. Growth often comes from stepping outside our comfort zones, facing challenges, and doing what scares us. The discomfort of change may feel difficult in the moment, but it’s a pain that leads to progress, strength, and self-discovery. On the other hand, staying stagnant, avoiding challenges, and refusing to face fear creates a different kind of pain — the pain of missed opportunities, regret, and unfulfilled potential. So, instead of avoiding pain, choose the pain that pushes you forward, the one that helps you evolve and become the best version of yourself.
Fear can be a powerful force, but it should never hold you back from pursuing your dreams. It often creates barriers in our minds, making us doubt our abilities and question our choices. But fear is just a signal that you're stepping into new territory, growing, and challenging yourself. Instead of letting it control you, use it as fuel to push forward. Every time you face fear and move past it, you build confidence and resilience. Don’t let fear dictate your path; embrace it, learn from it, and keep moving toward the life you want to create.
I care about a lot of things, so let's talk about some of them.
Gender roles are outdated and limit the potential of individuals by forcing them into rigid boxes based on their sex. These roles, often rooted in tradition, dictate how people should behave, what they should wear, and even what careers they can pursue, simply because of their gender. The stupidity of gender roles lies in their disregard for personal choice and the reality that everyone is unique, with different strengths, interests, and desires. When society enforces these roles, it stifles creativity, equality, and self-expression, preventing people from living authentically. Embracing individuality and breaking free from these outdated norms leads to a more open, inclusive, and progressive world.
Violence against women is a pervasive and deeply harmful issue that affects individuals and communities worldwide. It takes many forms, including physical, emotional, sexual, and psychological abuse. Often rooted in gender inequality, this violence is driven by power imbalances and societal norms that devalue women. The impact of violence against women is profound, leading to physical injuries, emotional trauma, and long-term psychological scars. It not only affects the victims but also their families and societies. Ending violence against women requires collective action, from legal reforms to cultural change, ensuring that women live free from fear and harm.

LGBT rights are fundamental human rights that call for the recognition, protection, and celebration of individuals’ sexual orientations and gender identities. These rights are essential for ensuring that everyone, regardless of whether they are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender, is treated with respect and equality. Historically, the LGBT community has faced discrimination, legal challenges, and social stigma, but progress has been made in many areas, including marriage equality, anti-discrimination laws, and gender recognition. However, in many parts of the world, LGBT people still face violence, exclusion, and lack of legal protection. Advocating for LGBT rights is not only about securing legal protections but also about promoting social acceptance, understanding, and the freedom for every individual to live authentically and without fear of rejection or harm. True equality means ensuring that no one is denied their basic rights because of who they are or whom they love.
